Ich habe eine Woche in diesem Hotel aufgrund einer Geschäftsreise verbracht. Das Hotel hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hört nahezu nichts, wenn man auf dem Zimmer ist. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Das Essen ist ganz gut, es gibt eine gute Breite Auswahl aber es ist immer mal etwas nicht verfügbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Peter und Miguel im Restaurant. Auch wenn man keinen Tisch reserviert hat, wurde meist ein Tisch innerhalb kürzester Zeit gefunden. Mit Peter kann man super smalltalk führen! :)

War gut. Zimmer sind schlicht, aber völlig ausreichend. Betten sind wirklich gut. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Miguel + Peter waren top Servicekräfte. Insgesamt waren aber alle sehr zuvorkommend. Für Businesstrips ist es wirklich ideal.

Clean, welcoming staff, clean rooms, great beds and pillows. Good food. George, in the restaurant was great, excellent customer service and very attentive to our requirements. Meeting room was well set out and staff were very helpful when we needed anything.

The bed and room was excellent as normal in Premier but our experience at the meals were quite poor. There was not enough staff serving and our drinks were served after others that ordered after us! Lasagne was sloppy and not value for money. Drinks were expensive. Breakfast was served to order and was nice but again our order took longer than expected and after others that came in behind us! It was a eat as much as you like but when you have to order the main breakfast you cannot really. We will continue to use Premier Inns but maybe not this one.

All good and as expected. Just stayed overnight to attend a family celebration locally. Room clean and comfortable, shower was lovely and the heated mirror in the bathroom was very helpful. We didn’t stay for breakfast as needed to be on our way early but would stay again.

We needed an affordable overnight stay for a very early departure from EMA the following day. We arrived at 8pm and had left by 4am the following morning. We had a prompt, kind, efficient check-in, with a ground floor room allocation making it very easy for navigating with suitcases, pram, and a toddler. I definitely recommend selecting that if you are on a similar timetable. We could also take advantage of the long stay parking offered by an affiliate which we pre-booked in advance. This was also an efficient process, with no logistical interactions during the stay, we just parked up and came and collected a week later. All very easy, helpful and complemented by the usual high standard accommodation provision, clean, comfortable, consistent, with plenty of room for opening and sorting last minute suit case changes which is another much needed benefit. We decided to walk from the Premier Inn to EMA, i would only recommend if weather and mobility is good, it took about 20 mins, and with a pram and large suitcases wasnt ideal. Taxi's are overpriced, but there is a bus route that picks up nearby.

We have stayed at East Midlands airport premier inn quite a few times after either an early morning or late flight. The hotel is lovely, the rooms very clean, the beds very comfortable & the shower excellent. On this ocassion we were very disappointed with the breakfast. We paid £11.99 for a continental breakfast. Unfortunately the porridge was very thick & like wallpaper paste so I had to add more milk which made it cold. There weren’t any bananas or Delmonte fruit to have in the porridge, only green apples & whole oranges along with red berries which was still frozen even though the restaurant had been open a while. There were some pastries which unfortunately were a bit dry & bread for toasting. There was very little orange juice left so I had to tip up the container & got the dregs. The lady who served in the restaurant was very pleasant & it was a shame that the food this time wasn’t value for money.

Very nice hotel, reasonable prices at the bar and restaurant, bar is open 24/7 what is good if you have a early flight, reception staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms looks very modern and clean. Only one thing is a WiFi with was really slow (basic option).

Brilliant hotel, staff were amazing, daniella was especially helpful with anything I needed and the rooms looked fantastic for the price. The breakfast in the morning was tasty and the fact that's its such a short distance to the airport was ideal
